I sat next to one on a short flight this year. He was presented his special meal before the others then complained about it. The air con was too cold. He was offended by someones dress.... Talk about a sense of entitlement.

They should apologize for wearing silly hats. Far from it,this lot seem to be doing a fine job. Of course they have been in london for longer than the apartheid state and their lackeys in amerika have been in existence.

This is London, . metro.co.uk/2017/12/24/van-driver-filmed-shouting-hitler-great-man-stamford-hill-7183657/Listen to this professional victim. Rabbi Herschel Gluck OBE, president of the organisation, said in a statement: ‘The words used in this antisemitic rant is absolutely abhorrent and disgusting. ‘I am deeply shocked that a person can hold and feel free to express such despicable views.’ Antisemetic, I dont hear the word jew being mentioned. , heres a tip mate, get your head out of yer ass, and ask yourself, why do people hold such views? Heres another tip, head to the West Bank or Gaza and ask the same questions. Further comments not posted.

did you know ... that "Long Ago, Prophets Knew, Christ would come born a Jew" was one of about 50 hymns written after 1950 that were included in The New English Hymnal? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Long_Ago,_Prophets_Knew

How strange that this was the movie that I watched earlier tonight with my 'soon to be' 18 year old son. He was in bits watching it, it surpassed any comedy that he had ever seen.
BTW, the reason that my son was watching Life of Brian was because I feel that I would be failing as a father if my kids did not learn or know about these geniuses.

A similar sense of humour might get him into problems in Thai society. Still, what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. Wish him well, 18 is a nice age. If only I could be that again.

A similar sense of humour these days will get you into problems in the so called "enlightened west" in todays easily offended, thin skinned, offended at everything society... Monty Python FC, Faulty Towers, Life of Brian etc would never be made, and by extension, the young ones ,Not Nine OC,lock News, which meant no Black Adder, which meant no Mr Bean would ever have been made, therefore depriving the whole Thai population of their favourite Farang... I would have loved an episode of "Mr Bean does Pattaya"

I watched "Life of Brian" with my wife and she didn't understand any of it. No Sunday school upbringing for her.

The previous week I introduced my son to 'Monty Python and the Holy Grail'. Now I have to try to stop him from saying 'Ni' to everyone who meets him.

Trust me i watched it with my then American GF in the US, who just happened to be a methodist, or one of those funny US christian lot, and it was half the movie gone before the penny, (or cent in this case) dropped and she realised iit appeared to be a p**s take...and then she got really offended for mocking Christ...which then drove the debate when i asked which bits where mocking Christ or Christainity ? and she couldnt really answer except talking about the cruxification scene and the the song...but as i pointed JC wasnt the only one to be cruxified, thousands were strung up by the Romans. She went away convinced it was mocking Christianity but couldnt explain how, and i guess this is one of the reasons its so funny..Monty Python were genius when they did this movie

There are some brilliant Monty Python interviews (and debates) on YouTube. I won't post any but the search button will bring up quite a few. Yes, Jesus was born down the road. Wasn't that obvious from the first scene?
