Indeed, and they should tell you those rockmellon and mango balls in the punch are soaked in Bacardi.

Hot towels can be a great help. Now, I have great difficulty sleeping at the best of times so flying long hall can be torturous. This time around I decided it would be a sage idea to get ratted the night before I fly, therefore being so hungover that all I would want to do is sleep. Not be best idea I have had, was just restless and felt close to death for 10 hours. Never again haha . But the hot towels on the flight were very soothing, went of on a bit of tangent there. So, yeah, soak a towel and heat it up in a rice cooker or something.

Banana is actually the smart move as it will replace the potassium you have p**sed away. A smoothie is good....followed by a bacon roll...then its just water and rest. You forgot to mention the two paracetomal. That's actually going to make you feel worse as it has to be metabolised by the liver. Avoid that and just rest.

Bottle of water while out drinking especially somewhere hot like Thailand to help with dehydration + some food at some point. Best thing next day: water for thirst + toast to get some plain food. Then go for a swim. Swimming is great for exercise, get the blood moving, relaxing, cools you down, as well as cleaning out the pours and helping remove any alcohol odours Oh and regularly drink a lot so you can experiment and try different cures. Cheers Fletch

Don't forget also: Everything in moderation. Including moderation. Paradoxically: Too much moderation is itself a form of extremism or excess. So enjoy yourself and have some excess now and again to make sure you don't have too much drinking in moderation
