The waits over. The English Premier League starts again tomorrow. As I don't know if my cable provider CTH / Grammy has got it, I'll have to go out drinking at the Crossbar.
Rumour has it Mr.Toad may be joining me for a drink or three. Arrow won't be joining us as he is out on one of his mindless billionaire playboy hi-so parties on his island (personally I think thats b*ll*cks. Anyone ever noticed that no-one has ever seen Mr.Toad or Arrow at the same time BTW not even online?). Smokie and BigToe3 have emigrated; cc1 is busy having sex again making up for lost time; and all the Aussies are apparently washing their hair (something to do with wanting an activity that last longer than an Aussie batting innings I believe).
So where are you watching it?

Top spot really difficult to call:
- Chelsea finished weakly last season and they look missing a little something when Costa doesn't play, with reserve strikers behind in class, even though a great midfield.
- City don't seem consistent enough and Sterling may struggle
- Couldn't possibly list ManUre that's against Istari beliefs ever since one of us looked into Galadriel's mirror eons ago and saw Nicky Butt's face in the future with Mrs Nevilleand her sons. Although we did laugh about it afterwards
- Liverpool - not enough there but could improve
- Arsenal as rgs says often flatter to deceive. Wonder if this could be their season though as none of the others quite good enough

OK after another 4 minutes reflection, Fletch's call:

Will have to think about the bottom half a little bit later.
Perhaps if Mr.Toad leads me astray to some of his usual venues after Crossbar I might get some lower half inspiration in a little bit of a different atmosphere. StreetCowboy also gave me a list of venues nearby to try afterwards as well.
