Brit democracy at its finest. What gets me is, yes the people who stand as lord buckethead and Mr fishfinger are having a laff for certain, but the troubling part is the mental state of the people who actually vote for them

I believe in the UK voting is voluntary but in Australia it is compulsory. Voting for one of these enables a protest vote to be recorded. Writing none of the above just gets your vote invalidated without the protest being registered.

If anything they are a comical distraction from the pathetic "genuine" politicians. The UK is going through the same shite the USA is at the moment.

I have long pondered about who is hiding under that bucket. My first thoughts were that it was 'Bucket Boy' from Soi 22 or 'Danger Mouse' in his plans to rule the world. However, while I was staring blankly at my computer screen, I came to realise that this character could possibly be a mod from TVF and his election stand was a front to try to infiltrate the Big Mango. Would they really stoop this low.
BTW, has anybody else noticed that 'The Old Bare Duck' is an anagram of 'Lord Buckethead'.

If it is the duck I would not mind as long as the bucket was full of water. Or maybe he does have water on the brain.
