The owner of Samui Times does not live in Thailand so they are not going to have much success with their lawsuit....perhaps other than banning the website in Thailand. Remember the Swiss guy they arrested for libel when he transited BKK.. He did not live here either before that. |

Frankly this time it looks like it really probably was self inflicted. Met a few in that condition in my time here and without people who can get them back home quick nothing much can be done.

It is perhaps interesting to note the first reaction of the Koh Tao collective is to try to silence anyone talking about the highly unusual number of deaths and disappearances on their island. You would think they would be asking for transparency really if there is nothing untoward going on. This is moronocy at the highest level from Death Island. |
