I see some funny things on the street when I am out walking as well as out in the car. Thursday we were driving along the CM-Saraphee Road and saw the biggest western guy I have ever seen in Thailand, riding a scooter, having a big argument with a Thai lady in a car. He was riding along beside her driver's side window giving it to her through the window, which was down, and she was giving it back to him. She was obviously not daunted by his size, and he was huge, wearing a XXXXXX-L t-shirt.  |

Blether has been on the treadmill and MacAtkins diet. A little bird told me, he is only half the man he used to be. Great stuff, that should put his effin knockers and detractors in their place. A little bird also told me, his wallet hasnt been on a diet, unlike the upcountry peasant brexiter brigade and rip off pommie pension types. |

Blether has been on the treadmill and MacAtkins diet. MacAtkins diet...that the one one that makes you loose a heap of weight in your wallet, but does FA for ones figure ? |

When I saw him last he cut a dashing figure and he said he used to be "yai mahk" before. Congrats to him for doing what he did. I know some people who could do with losing weight, for their own good, but they don't care. That guy I saw the other day looked like he had given up. Probably one of the very few problems one strikes in life that I have never had to deal with, weight gain/loss. I am about 67 kg at the moment but I went all but sugar free over a year ago about 4 months after getting out of hospital. I was averaging about 75 kg before I cut the sugar out. Don't have as big a belly and feel better for it. Have not had a toothache since either.  |

With 88kg now I'm only 4kg heavier than 35 years ago when I was running around in the Army. More than ten years ago I had 127kg, but too stingy to buy new pants I decide to lose some weight. Maybe I overdid it? |
