If I take my horse to the pub , the publican still has to provide food and water for my horse Does that mean you have to take the horse INTO the pub as serving those outside might be against the law?

Horses have always dined alfresco. Ah, so you need to take the horse to a restaurant instead Alfresco is Italian for dining outside. In the open air for those who insist on specifics.

Indeed, so no pub but a restaurant as a pub might not serve customers who remain outside apart from 'dining' and 'pub' not really a normal association especially when being so sophisticated as 'going alfresco' rather than 'eating out'
