Looks like a bargain, fair play to him. I rented up in Huay Kaew residense for a while. Similar deal, nice little fridge to keep my changs and vodka cold, air con worked fine. Secure enough, plenty of fanny knocking round. Happy days

My office offshore was bigger than that with a seprate bedroom attached to that, granted not a double bed, but a bigger fridge, sat tv and sea views

Reminds me of the time I was a poor student and rented a room. Nice people though, the ones who rented out, after a while almost like a long forgotten uncle/aunt. Very nice looking daughter as well, unfortunately firmly engaged already at that time. Still only looking was already enough to improve a day  |

Could be same in Thailand, but for sure I don't think that applies to the pikey in this topic. |
