Definite - not a chance the USA will allow this clown to have nukes capable of taking out American cities. Also, not a chance this will be another Vietnam. Seven day war, maximum. 7 days, , 7 minutes more like, then after that what? Can Sth Korea cope with the fall out? Can Sth Korea afford the reunification costs? This clown doesnt have the capacity to take out US cities. Why doesnt Uncle Sam have his Patriot Missile shield in operation, shoot them down over the Pacific?

I don't make this a Trump issue. It just happens that the current president of the USA is Donald Trump. He's known to be a big, real big sensitive man. As for war, well the Trump Administration just warned Venezuela it's moving to a dictatorship after a sham election, Trump praised president Erdoğan of Turkey, Duterte of the Phillipines, admires president Putin, so why all this noise about lill' Kim ? You band the Trump haters won't be happy until he has declared war on someone. Which is pitiful. That, my dear chap, is utter nonsense. No sensible human being would like to see a war declared. A fear, but only that, is that Trump being somewhat sensitive when feeling insulted or threatened likes to strike out, near blindly. His tweets show just that. No one wants a war and least of all a war started by a mad man.

Who will be left to clean up the mess they leave behind? Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Somalia. Go and ask the poor people of Laos who are still living with the results of Uncle Sams last bombing campaign of 40 years ago. In part that was because Thailand would not allow bomb laden bombers to land. Laos was on the route back.

And for their part the US were happy to comply by saving some bombs for the return trip over Laos.

I've posted before, it's estimated it woukd take four days to wipe out NK's conventional weapons. If they release a nuke, forty minutes - and that include the time it would take the Pentagon to get off the floor after p**sin themselves laughing. Call this pricks bluff, and China too. It would not take very long for NK to wipe out 10million people living in Seoul, using conventional weapons, that's the big risk and the cost of any type of conflict. Fine, so four days later all NK has left is its nuclear arsenal and with nothing left to lose, it would use it.

Fine, so four days later all NK has left is its nuclear arsenal and with nothing left to lose, it would use it. Incorrect. The majority of NK weaponry is incapable of reaching Seoul. The majority is short-range, under 10 miles. The casualty assessment ( from memory ) is 130,000 civilian deaths. The military assessment is that NK's conventional weapons would be degraded to ineffective in four days. Trump has to get permission from the peacenic SK president to launch an attack UNLESS NK hits US soil first ( Guam ).

Do more research, Rubl. Not a chance any US president would not react to a foreign power launching missiles against their sovereign territory. This is not a Trump issue.

As for international standards of behaviour, I didn't know lying was included "Did the U.S. Really Pay North Korea 'Extortion Money' for 25 Years? Fact-Checking Trump's Tweet President Donald Trump dedicated his first tweet of the day on Wednesday to the ongoing tensions on the Korean Peninsula, claiming that “talking is not the answer” in dealing with the North Korean regime. “The U.S. has been talking to North Korea, and paying them extortion money, for 25 years. Talking is not the answer!” he wrote. The statement is puzzling as it contradicts multiple statements by Pentagon and State Department officials who champion diplomatic efforts over military action, but also because of its reference to “extortion money” being paid “for 25 years.” ... Trump has been advocating “tough” solutions since 2013. At the time, he also repeatedly questioned South Korea's financial compensation for America's engagement in the peninsula, despite the fact the two countries share a mutual defense agreement. According to the president, "very wealthy economic competitor" South Korea paid “nothing” for U.S. protection against North Korea and he wondered why that was the case. Trump's latest tweet also contradicts his own previous statements on dialogue with North Korea. In May, the president suggested he may go further than any of his predecessors and actually meet North Korean ruler Kim Jong Un “under the right circumstances.” That doesn't seem all that likely now." www.yahoo.com/news/did-u-really-pay-north-184357751.html
