You've cracked it, the secret is out. Thai love cheese. Too late. It is all set up, a cheese farm. Hui gets the cows, i get family to milk them . We are going for a stilton style Thai cheese. Oh yes Thais love their blue cheese  . I trust you know i was joking and responding to wild guesses. And no i will not divulge our plan. But we do have a network that could take it up. I doubt i will get anything from it. No , not cheese or mushrooms. |

I did think of putting olive trees on our 4 rai but found they had not been to successful here, need a few degrees less to fruit. Not a silly thought. It'll take several years to reap the rewards if you planted say 1metre tall baby olive trees but Thailand climate would work. |
