It is not of genius, maybe i have or have not.
To recognise that is part of the path.
Trying to discover , always, wanting answers.
Not "I just farted,".
Schoolboy stuff.
Of moments, maybe sexual or not, of being at one.
Yes a fine line, one i have trodden since a child.
Am i a danger?
Never.
Am i egoistical, perhaps, but know that.
Am i like trump?
You decide, it is your world.

Most will never understand that, thank goodness.
To be in rehab, as i call it, group therapy and discover that you, yes me, dominate.
Can fly against convention and shock.
But be accepted , not wanting to harm anyone.
Knowing that you have a condition, bi polar and must learn to use it , not abuse it.
Yes a fine line.
A play i remember from years ago.
Three mad men in an asylum. Galileo, Newton, Einstein. Well they thought they were.
And could prove it by formulae.
But one was pretending.
Needed to escape.
But he could play music and was thus known to be faking.

You might not like it.
At nineteen, out of my mind and willing to seek help.
Of those sessions,with others and i sitting in silence.
You could smoke then in hospitals.
I did, chain smoked.
Then took the filter and unwound it.
A statement perhaps.
If the pour souls were not crazy without me being there.
My silence annoyed, as i knew it would.
Then the obvious, i had an affair with the most beautiful.
She , dumped by Jeff Lynne.
Easy target for me.
I regretted it, truly did.
Dear doctor told me what i had done.
Wrecked others' lives in my own deviousness.
For what?
Revenge?
Then i made the first steps towards understanding.
