I think we'll probably come to find that a certain amount of pre-planning has gone into all of this and that she has already acquired a passport from Montenegro or similar. With the benefit of hindsight, it was inevitable she would do this given that lesser ministers received long jail terms. Plus she was never going to become a martyr and do the time, just like her brother wasn't, only those without funds or alternatives do the time. Most certainly this was planned right from thd start, if it looked like things were going the wrong way for yingluck, and as all the very rich well to do have...multiple/nationalites/ passports hidden away |

^ That i cannot and do not know the answer to Siampolee and Rubl. I do not even try to pretend to be an expert with all the answers. Even after some 17 years on and off spent in the kingdom, i go by one rule of thumb. You can go to bed at night, think you understand everything there is to know about this place, wake up the next morning, 5 minutes later you find out you know absolutely sweet F.A. I do know one thing though, after reading the utter crap and spiel those TVF fcukers come out with on the subject for the last hour, my head hurts !  Be thankful you saw those times, cherish the memories, you will never see the likes again. I am non political, leave that for the Thais, its their country. You saw the best of days, 70+ to the pommie peso, bars open all night, my mrs bought a condo for 5 thousand of your pommie pesos. Hats off to the indian girl in the HSBC in the old branch on silom, who when I was p**sed off about the miserly interest rates offered sent me to Aberdeen Asset Management, I bought into the SET when it was about 200+, LTFs  , way to go. |

In a totally related development, the Red Bull heir is now subject to a Red Notice But is he? The only source for this information is the Thai police. How creditable is that? I'll believe it when the little shit appears on the Interpol website. |

Had breakfast at the Four Seasons last year, Mrs CM had a nice French Toast and I had a mediocre Eggs Benedict, she had coffee and I had Earl Grey, THB 1,500, what a deal! Mind you, the view over the rice paddies was most pleasant but not really worth the price.
