My guess is the guy posted he had a rash the morning after he played up.  As unacustomed activity can cause friction rashes and as it needs a couple of days for symtoms of most stds to show in tests or in practice she just advised him to wait.....if the rash goes OK if not see the doctor. That is if there even was a post.
