luggage can also be stored under the seat infront of you. I concur, have you ever seen some of the oversized baggage some passengers bring on board. I remember years ago they used to have a frame for you to check the baggage size, these days it seems anything goes.

You want to see what they are carrying on board the domestic flights here, forcing their stuff in your bit of overhead locker above your seat then get all miffed when you pull it out and put it on the floor so you can put your own rucksack in Selfish pricks...

If I have to put my carry on in the overhead bin and someone elses bag is there I just bash and squash the crap out of it until my bag fits. It normally makes a few crunching noises but not my problem.
