No evidence in that article that he's a paedophile. The ages of the boys/young men suggests that he's a hebephile.

A hebephile (hebephilia as sexual attraction to pubescent children, generally 11–14 years old) is just as reprehensible as a paedophile or any other sexual criminal.
Interesting to note as per usual the outrageous outbursts of indignation supporting the accused in the other place and the lack of sympathy for the victims.
It would appear the whole matter was carefully set up by the procurers of younger boys and men who may have been willing or not.The whole scenario is indeed a noxious bag of practices .
The set up by the authorities worked even better, a bit more human(?) dross in the bin

Thai law legal age for prostitution is 19 I think. The youngest in the article is 16.
