Winnie Mandela: South African anti-apartheid campaigner dies at 81 South African anti-apartheid campaigner Winnie Mandela has died aged 81, her personal assistant says. Winnie Madikizela Mandela was the former wife of South Africa's first black president, Nelson Mandela. The couple - famously pictured hand-in-hand as Mr Mandela walked free from prison after 27 years - were a symbol of the anti-apartheid struggle for nearly three decades. However, in later years her reputation became tainted legally and politically. Family spokesman Victor Dlamini said in a statement: "She died after a long illness, for which she had been in and out of hospital since the start of the year. "She succumbed peacefully in the early hours of Monday afternoon surrounded by her family and loved ones." www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-43621112

Evil incarnate - a terrorist against her own people. She should have died in jail.

Perhaps a fitting send off would be in a public ceremony where her corpse was to be ''necklaced.''

Watching the telly today, I see the airbrushing of history has begun, she is now being portrayed as a "freedom fighter", old Nelson must be turning in his grave. Check out his legacy, hardly "a land fit for heroes"

The "white washing" (is that racist ?) of her legacy is going on all over the media, and i have read some really vile comments from obviously pro ANC marxists stating the murder of children and others by the Mandela football club on the orders of Winnie was justifiable to forward "the struggle" when the subject of the murders she was involved with was brought up One of reasons Nelson Mandela divorced her was because of the stuff she was doing while he was banged up, even he was horrified with her conduct And per the tweet, the labour MP should be up on charges of insighting hate speech posting that quote...she obviously doesnt understand the context of that quote....fk me mention a bacon sandwich on line and you are being accusing of being an Islamlophobe, and threatened by the Rozzers, but here is a standing MP condoning violence, kangeroo courts, street justice, murder and torture Naz Shad should be kicked out of Parliament for being a fking retard and made to apologise to the familes of those necklaced in SA during the 1980s and 1990s

It is said that one cannot change the beliefs of those from a currently existing tribal or fauna type background.

Let's not forget that her husband was also a vile individual who fully supported murder as a means to his political ends - a stance he never renounced. Should never have been let out of prison.
So, like husband, like wife.

So, like husband, like wife. Actually he did give up his support of the armed struggle via Umkhonto we Sizwe, as a condition of release if thats what you mean,, in some ways, i did actually grow to respect the guy, he took no sh×t off some of the more radical comrades, including his ex Mrs, and kept them in line, yes a life long Marxist, and terrorist but think he realised being too radical would only lead to civil war and for the most part did exactly what he said he would do and there was never any accusations of corruption and thievery Would he be dissappointed in the current state of SA ? Yes , the "rainbow nation" dream well and truely buried... one of the more troubling things is the younger generations buying into the ANC propaganda to cover up their bad goverance by blaming the whites, Apartheid etc...and then you listen to these youngsters bleating on about "their" apartheid struggle not withstanding the minor fact that many were born post 1994 and were not even born during Apartheid and for all intents and purposes it had disappeared from a practical POV around 1990, but still on the law books. People say it was de Klerk and Mandela who negotiated the transition in SA, it reality it was Rolf Meyer and Cyril Ramaphosa, the new President who laid the ground work during a fishing trip, if one believes the story

One is led to wonder just how long Mosioua Lekota will be allowed to live.
Oh indeed the truth hurts doesn't it.
The frightening fact is that the future of South Africa I fear is going to be a very bloody one with political and tribal violence and ethnic cleansing high on the agenda. It will make Zimbabwe look like a chapel outing.

I posted that video, as there is a perception that SA as a whole is simply a black versus white thing, its not...its more of Maxist/Communist (EFF/ANC) versus "democracy" , the EFF dont want to redistribute land, they want the state to own it all If you look at some of the social media sites, there is some really nasty stuff in the comments, black South Africans openly threatening whites with torture and death, by the looks of their profiles, born after 94, and saying they are coming to take land by force and kill everyone, then there are responses by obvious Afrikaaners, tell these people "we are waiting for you come and try"....the farmers are not fking about anymore, every week reports of people trying to get onto farms to loot or kill and are being shot dead on sight
