Hand out personal cyanide pills at each 90 day report. A novel idea but there might be some issues with it. For one you'd create the possibility for some to hoard these pills and maybe use them on vermin, rats and other relatives. Furthermore I'm not sure that any of the 'jumping brigade' ever did a 90-day report. |

Mrs told me of one on Phuket. A Swede went to the doctor, ran up a bill of over 20k. He couldn't pay, so doctor took him to see his friend to borrow money. His friend was out, so he jumped. It was on the TV.
