Thank you for that I had forgotten what fined meant. I have heard of fined bitter but never seen the word used for other beers. Is fined the exception or the rule? Hadn't heard of it, but seems a rather 'normal' part of the process for some beers. BTW regarding the Isenglass gelatine, there seem to be two alternatives, avian collagen and pea protein. Not my thought, just wondering about this from someone else  It's interesting growing up and learning that most adults are not smart. I had my suspicions as a kid but I didn't think the situation was this dire. |

If you write those 2 words in a list format and in alphabetical order then everything really is under control.
