Just realised I forgot to do my 90 days reporting which was due on 5 July.
Do they check at the airport?
Anyone know what the fine is these days? I see it says not exceeding 5,000 baht, so I guess that is worst case. But is it 100 baht a day or something up to that?

If you own up, the standard fine is 2,000 baht. If you're caught (e.g. after arrest), the fine is 5,000 baht + 200 per day.
Note that you won't get away with failing to report simply by leaving the country. After you come back, it will be picked up by Immigration in your next encounter with them. So, assuming you're planning on coming back, best to go to Chaengwattana and pay up.

I'll see how it goes. I hate wasting days at immigration, particularly if it strays over lunch, then the day's gone including travel. To be honest I'd rather pay a fine of a couple of thousand baht than go and visit them specially for this. I've done similar in the past with no repercussions, but things as we know change as do systems.
I've not done a 90 days reporting in person for quite a while now. I always do either online or via post.
There's a reasonable chance the online system doesn't pick it up or they can't be bothered following up if I'm not there in person. My onlines aren't always every 90 days as somstimes I've done via post, and sometimes via leaving the country. The online system shows only the online applications and results. So if I can get a few onlines or registered post in before they come across me that could help too...
They've started asking to see the 90 days slip when applying for extension of stay, but they don't check the whole history, just that the latest has been done.

So, as with the well digging, what do you want to risk for a few thousand Baht?

Also doesn't arrest mean you're blacklisted for a few years as well? That would be for overstaying your visa/extension of stay - not for missing a 90 day report.

From the web site . The notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days is in no way equivalent to a visa extension. . If a foreigner staying in the kingdom over 90 days without notifying the Immigration Bureau or notifying the Immigration Bureau later than the set period, a fine of 2,000.- Baht will be collected. If a foreigner who did not make the notification of staying over 90 days is arrested, will be fined 5,000.- Baht and with an additional fine not exceeding 200.- Baht for each day which passes until the law is complied with. . If a foreigner leaves the country and re-enters, the day count starts at 1 in every case. bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/base.php?page=90days

Oh Fletch, apropos of (almost) nothing and hope this doesn't hurt. This afternoon I was in the One-stop-service-center at Chamchuri Sq. Got ticket #217 14:45, my receipt shows 14:52. Cheers, Uncle Nasty

Well I left the country with no issues. So my 90 days count will reset.
When back again I'll do online as usual and see if that's OK. I would have thought that the 90 days reset + subsequent reporting online should be fine.

This wasn't my experience at all.
Left the country. 90 Day reset. Came back. No problem. Very happy not to have wasted half a day or so going to Chaengwattana.
Plus would recommend doing online anyway
