Please explain this? I live in the world but did not invent it, and I recognise that being born in the West and white was a lucky break. But many have had luckier breaks including, we are led to believe, the Japanese. I've been told white privilege refers to the disadvantage blacks face due to their skin colour....rather than actual white privilege as we might see the phrase. Yes I know. My mrs bought me a couple of bottles (eau de farang) of it for my birthday at Paragon, spray a couple of dabs behind the ears before going out, even the lowly isaan dek serv types can smell it, we are always given the best seats in the house and treated like royalty. Apparently its all the rage now in isaan. Ee gaew is starving, she hasnt been fed for three days, waiting for the antifa types to rock up at the door, she will have someones leg off i tell you

It does seem a bit odd to me that when an Orange parade comes under attack, it is "Orange troublemakers" who are blamed and there is talk of banning "provocative" parades. Here it is those in the "protest" who cause the problems, is there any criticism or talk of bans? Aye orange marches...amusing in the way it is to watch a low grade car crash. Outdated and provocative nonsense. They have potato marches up my way, should they be banned as well? The locals tell me its their heritage, who am I as a lowly dirty smelly ai farang immigrant they are outdated?

Shit, it missed off my devastating and erudite response to this cheeky git.
Can't be arsed repeating it.
And while I'm on Bro Rubl would do well to remember a quote from someone or other, "even the wisest man can sound stupid when he speaks on a subject of which he knows nothing".

Be careful gentlemen, you'll be accused of being insulting and offensive to another member here, plus shooting the messenger, that action of course would include all links and their quoted contents.

When others just ridicule that wise man as being stupid, the wise man only learns that he seems to sound stupid without knowing why as the others seem to deem it below their dignity to explain anything. My 3-1/2 cents, all IMHO, without extreme wisdom or shocking ignorance, etc., etc.

Such a shame you are unable to or unwilling to admit you but an average man a featherweight intellectual. Who without any access to cut and paste articles would never have a valid worthwhile opinion or original though about anything.
Never been to America a short holiday in England more than a quarter of a century or more back yet you proclaim superior knowledge of the politics and the cultures and the electorates opinions and decisions. Indeed a massive chip upon your shoulders,

Pity really that people here are unable to respond on contents rather than person. Also interesting that writing my opinion is seen as 'proclaiming a superior knowledge'. As if some here are unable to read and understand for themselves. BTW, will British new global stature start with a new bonfire to get rid of the inconvenient knowledge of forty years of collaboration in the European Union? "Operation Legacy was a British Colonial Office (later Foreign Office) program to destroy or hide files, to prevent them being inherited by its ex-colonies.[1][2] It ran from the 1950s until the 1970s, when the decolonisation of the British Empire was at its height.[3] All secret documents in the colonial administrations were vetted by MI5 or Special Branch agents to ensure those that might embarrass the British government, for instance those showing racial or religious bias, consisting of 8,800 files to be concealed from at least 23 countries and territories in the 1950s and 1960s, were destroyed or sent to the United Kingdom.[4] Precise instructions were given for methods to be used for destruction, including burning and dumping at sea.[4] Some of the files detailed torture methods used against opponents of the colonial administrations, such as during the Mau Mau Uprising.[5]" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Legacy

As usual all cut and paste not an original thought in your mind(s). As usual no comment on contents, just trying to distract. BTW you never ever cut and paste? You know all and can write from memory? Well, well, I can only say "bravo!"

As for the London protests
"“We cannot now try to edit or censor our past. We cannot pretend to have a different history. The statues in our cities and towns were put up by previous generations,” the prime minister wrote."

WTF are you on about? They call themselves antifa, as you do. Everybody who is part of the mainstream is regarded as a fascist. No doubt including anyone who (shock...horror) votes Conservative. Tory voter here, the only party that understtod the concerns of the working class and brexit. Jezza and his Islington left wing luvvies were so up themselves and out of touch with the working class, they lost the election, eff them, they never were working class in the first place, spoilt brats the lot of them,\ PS, that racist cow didnt help them either. Yes they canvassed every ethnic or racial group but ignored the predominantly white, British working class. This group in theory is the bedrock of their party but is a group they do not listen to and know very little about. A mate from the old days at home who I am still in touch with, is pretty much immersed in Corbynite politics was totally devastated by the result and I think took to his bed for 24 hours. How do they get so out of touch and get things so wrong? Probably because they exist in a bubble and only hear opinions from like minded people.
