2020-11-07 "U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito on Friday night ordered county election boards in Pennsylvania to comply with a state directive to separate mail-in ballots received after 8 p.m. on Election Day from other ballots. The order came in a case pending before the justices to invalidate a September decision by the state's highest court that allowed election officials to count mail-in ballots postmarked by Tuesday's Election Day that are delivered through Friday. Alito granted the request by Pennsylvania Republicans to separate the ballots without first referring the request to the other justices." news.yahoo.com/supreme-courts-alito-tells-pennsylvania-021751657.html2020-11-07 "'Hard to believe this is real': Trump campaign urges Pennsylvania voters to mail late ballots President Donald Trump's campaign in Wisconsin has desperately sought volunteers to call Pennsylvanians and urge them to mail in absentee ballots by Friday, which is after the Keystone State's deadline – even as the president himself rails against late votes and the ongoing vote count. Only votes cast by Nov. 3 are legal according to Pennsylvania and federal election laws. Trump himself has described any effort to vote after Tuesday as clear election fraud. As of early Friday, the count in Pennsylvania showed Democrat Joe Biden pulling ahead of Trump who held a large lead on election night before the majority of mailed-in ballots had been counted. The Trump campaign is trying to take advantage of an effort by Pennsylvania to count all absentee votes mailed by Nov. 3 even if received up to three days later. Under a federal court ruling upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court, absentee ballots mailed before the deadline and received by 5 p.m. Friday can be counted." news.yahoo.com/hard-believe-real-trump-campaign-153317777.html2020-10-19 "Supreme Court Rules Pennsylvania Can Count Ballots Received After Election Day The U.S. Supreme Court said Monday that election officials in Pennsylvania can count absentee ballots received as late as the Friday after Election Day so long as they are postmarked by Nov. 3. The court declined without comment to take up one of the highest-profile election law cases in the final stretch before Election Day. Pennsylvania Republicans had sought to block the counting of late-arriving ballots, which the state's Supreme Court had approved last month. Republicans sought the emergency stay, arguing that it is up to the state's legislature — not the court — to set rules for how elections are conducted. They also said the court's ruling could allow ballots cast after Election Day to be counted." www.npr.org/2020/10/19/922411176/supreme-court-rules-pennsylvania-can-count-ballots-received-after-election-day

Pennsylvsania democrats have broken a Supreme Court order to separate all ballots delivered after 8 pm election day. A second order with terse wording has been handed down. Lawyers must report to the Supreme Court today by 2 pm latest with a remedy, which looks impossible. The Supreme Court could ( I said could ) declare the Penn result illegal. What happens then is it goes to the Penn State legislature who will select the party that their electors will represent. Penn State legislature is controlled by the Republicans. Biden might not need Penn State but I think that vote should be declared illegal as a future warning to all political parties to comply with court orders. A vote is a vote is a vote. There's no problem here.

"Georgia poll worker in hiding after false claims online With all eyes on Georgia’s razor-thin presidential vote margin, falsehoods are swirling on social media about supposed ballot counting irregularities there. Among the most widely shared examples is a video that has racked up millions of views on Twitter. It claims to show a poll worker crumpling up an absentee ballot. As it turns out, it shows no such thing. Richard Barron, the Fulton County elections director, said late Friday that the poll worker seen in the video was discarding paper instructions, not a ballot, which would have been much larger than the paper seen in the video. Barron also said the worker was in hiding after being harassed online due to the false claims." news.yahoo.com/georgia-poll-worker-hiding-false-035008939.html

I like Farage. He is proven correct again and again which sends the left into a tailspin. His recent work on illegal channel crossings saved countless lives. But I digress. With the Trump Biden election just a few days away, who do the Big Mango crowd think will win? I consider it a coin toss, but seeing the odds of almst 3-1 on my sportsbetting account the temptation was too much. I never bet and rarely play poker any more so decided to put the entire account balance on a Trump win. So 1 vote here for a Trump 2nd term(and an Ivanka win in 2024, it's time the left had a woman POTUS to be proud of). I'm terribly sorry. Just take a beer and you'll feel much better already I think. Cheers, Uncle joe rubl

I like Farage. He is proven correct again and again And yet lost GBP 10,000 on a "Trump to win" bet. I ... decided to put the entire account balance on a Trump win. Hope you didn't lose as heavily as Farage.

There's no problem here. You are incorrect. There is a serious problem here. Whether it changes the election remains to be seen but a direct order from the highest court in the land was broken.

Federal funds available to the tune of $30.000 for each covid diagnosis that requires medical treatment. All deaths of all causes within sixty days of recovery from covid should be notified as a covid related death. People are being killed in auto accidents and being marked as covid deaths. Just the facts dear Bleth, just the provable facts please I refer you to the CARES Act relief fund. Rubl, don't go head to head with me in regards to American politics. I'll buy and sell you. Have no doubt about it, I'll buy and sell you.

My dear Bleth, don't forget I'm a real Dutch uncle. Apart from that I seem to be rather good at seeing all the aspects others like to forget. Also interesting is how statements are 'proved' afterwards with assumptions which are either incorrect or incomplete. Back to the topic Biden won even if counting still continues (in states with Trump in front, in state with Biden in front). Also a re-count in Georgia to be done as the difference in number 1. and 2. is less than 0.5%. That's the law in Georgia. Enjoy this Sunday, rather nice weather and not hot at all. Cheers, uncle rubl PS CARES Act www.hhs.gov/coronavirus/cares-act-provider-relief-fund/index.html

In the mean time such 'late arrival ballots' were already being kept separate. Also "first order that was delivered and ignored prior to election date" doesn't make sense in this context as prior elections nothing was late.

"Presidential election was honest, report international observers invited by the Trump administration International election experts invited by the Trump administration to observe the U.S. election last week issued a preliminary report that found no evidence of the widespread fraud alleged by President Trump. The State Department invited a 28-member delegation from the Organization of American States, which has reported on elections around the world, to observe the voting in the U.S. on Nov. 3. Members of the OAS team were sent to battleground states such as Michigan and Georgia, where the Trump campaign has filed lawsuits alleging voter fraud, and noted in the report that it had “not directly observed any serious irregularities that call into question the results so far.” ... “While the OAS Mission has not directly observed any serious irregularities that call into question the results so far, it supports the right of all contesting parties in an election, to seek redress before the competent legal authorities when they believe they have been wronged,” the report states. “It is critical, however, that candidates act responsibly by presenting and arguing legitimate claims before the courts, not unsubstantiated or harmful speculation in the public media.” ..." www.yahoo.com/news/presidential-election-was-honest-report-international-observers-invited-by-the-trump-administration-193613745.html
