She can go to The Netherlands to her in laws 555 No she can't. She was under age when she married her Dutch jihadi, so her marriage is not recognised in The Netherlands. (Even male Moslem converts suddenly become a bit rape-y when it comes to underage girls. The influence of Islam's "prophet" is astounding.)

I think the fact of her being stateless through the revocation of her British citizenship will still cause some legal problems. One may also wonder in how far her parent are legally responsible for the problems since the woman was still under-age at the time and therefore under the legal guardianship of her parents. Anyway, a few lawyers will be guaranteed income for a while

She is not stateless, she is Bangladeshi; Bangladeshi citizenship is based on jus sanguinis - through blood. People born to at least one Bangladeshi parent acquire citizenship at birth. The fact that Bangladeshi is refusing to accept her citizenship is the problem (well, her problem). Rather than bothering the English courts she should be taking action in Bangladesh for the enforcement of her right to be accepted as a citizen.

At times like this I wonder why I didn't have the foresight to study law and especially international law. I'd be in business (and money) and no doubt even still get new customers after I die

She will, or rather her lawyers will, be bleating about statelessness for years now. What a shame the European courts can't help her any more.

^^^ I am left wondering who is paying for her English lawyers. Is it Bangladeshis living in the UK? Bleeding heart liberals? The UK tax payer through Legal Aid? Pretty sure it's not herself.

Unfortunately in this case she left when she was 15...which is rather disturbing in a "child grooming" sense. Its UK based for sure....left wing law group of some sort with lots of pro bono help no doubt. Its a strange court decision in my view...being as she left at that age....decision making etc but these are the days of brexit and fascism running riot. Up the chimneys children!
