Once again I come to my elders and betters for clarification and info.
Been discussing this on TVF and the other guy reckons avoidance and evasion are the same thing. My understanding was that for example pension and (previously) life assurance contributions were legal tax avoidance, whereas evasion was failure to pay or making false declarations. Anyone care to comment.?
