Well, at least a mail I got seems to suggest that. I'm a bit disappointed they wrote the pin code in the mail apart from it being only 4 digits.  "HELLO! DEAR! BTW bitcoins dropped in price from 52,000 to 44,000 on Tuesday, but the US$ is a bit more stable.
