Makes you wonder if Texas has so many rapists on the streets and why nothing was done about it before. Texas allows people to carry guns without a license, so what's the problem? Just point your finger at some guy, shout rapists and problem solved the all American way.

BTW private citizens telling on others? Isn't that against the Constitution or some of it's amentments?
