He's a nonce...simple as that. I do believe this is about the money. Daddy worked for Epstein. Epstein and Maxwell offer to train her to do massages, and she's so excited she tells her Dad. Am I expected to believe he didn't know what was going on there?

That conjures up an image of his being stood in public and having his baubles stripped from him as an act of public humiliation. That would be good. Anyway, it's about time they stripped him of his Duck of York title too.

The case is a civil issue, not a criminal issue. Vexatious litigant springs to my mind.
What is a civil case? Civil law settles disputes between individuals and organisations - and it often involves compensation being awarded.
To begin a civil lawsuit, a person known as the ‘plaintiff’ starts legal action with a document known as a ‘complaint’, which is then ‘served’ against a defendant, the party being sued.
The complaint describes the plaintiff’s facts and legal theories and explains how the defendant allegedly caused harm.
In the complaint, the plaintiff might ask the court for “damages,” meaning money to pay for any harm suffered but they could also ask for an ‘injunction’ or a ‘declaratory judgment’.
No one is sent to prison in a civil case or found guilty or not guilty - but they may be left out of pocket if they’re found ‘liable’ to pay compensation.
A civil lawsuit can be filed over anything from a contract dispute, evictions to injuries sustained in a car accident, or countless other harms or disputes, including sexual assault.
The parties also might resolve the case themselves. At any time during a case, the parties can agree to settle their disputes and reach a compromise to avoid trial - or the risk of losing.
What case does the Duke of York face? Ms Giuffre has brought a case of battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress against the duke.
It is claimed she was trafficked by convicted sex offender Epstein and others to Andrew, who is alleged to have sexually abused her when she was under the age of 18.
The duke has vehemently denied the allegations and his legal team has argued from the lawsuit’s first hearing that the case is “baseless”.
If the case is not settled before the proposed trial date, the facts of the case will be tried in New York.
The trial is scheduled to take place between September and December.
The parties will need to confirm by 28 July whether they wish to proceed to trial.
Unless there are any other motions to dismiss the sexual case, the duke would have to reach a settlement with Ms Giuffre.
This is usually a financial settlement where both sides go back and forth until a figure is reached.
Would Andrew have to give evidence in the case? It is likely he will be asked to give evidence under oath as part of the discovery process in what is known as a deposition.
How many allegations does the duke face? Judge Lewis Kaplan referenced four separate occasions in which Ms Giuffre accuses him of sexual misconduct.
Ms Giuffre claims Andrew had sex with her against her will at Maxwell’s London home and at Epstein’s mansion on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
The duke is also alleged to have abused Ms Giuffre on another occasion during a visit to Epstein’s private island, Little St James, and on a separate occasion at Epstein’s Manhattan mansion.

Charles and William had a meeting with HM over Christmas, and Anne was sent to give Andrew the news he was out.

Anyway, it's about time they stripped him of his Duck of York title too. Rumour has it he's allowed his informal title or was it nickname. It was felt he'd earned that fair and square. Mind you, in the case against him he might want to voluntarily drop such

I tried to stay away from this topic but I've finally found an issue over which I feel I need to support Andy. I mean imagine someone trying to rearrange your carefully placed teddy bears! That would be appalling! I would also throw a tantrum if someone did that. And it doesn't matter I don't have teddy bears, it's the thought which counts! "The Duke of York’s love of his soft toy collection meant he would throw a tantrum if the teddy bears were moved, an ITV documentary will allege."

Did I ever mention that I am a direct descendant of Sir Isaac Newton on my Grandmother's side?

Did I ever mention that I am a direct descendant of Sir Isaac Newton...? Given that he died a virgin, that's highly improbable.
