Misleading title, it's actually a rather serious article on Social Media and user behavior. "It’s official: NASA confirms that marijuana contains “alien DNA” outside from our solar system. Not in the slightest, but it gets a bit frustrating seeing people putting garbage up and being unable to comment.
Yes I know that will cause head-shaking and tittering.

Not in the slightest, but it gets a bit frustrating seeing people putting garbage up and being unable to comment. Yes I know that will cause head-shaking and tittering. I can relate to your frustration very very well. If it's any consolation, you will reach a point where it becomes water off a ducks back. Oh no, did I say duck! |

The spellcheck person will correct it.
A grey but otherwise pleasant Monday morning, no hangover, no work to go to, the likelihood of a spell of torrential rain, what more can one ask for.
A cup of coffee would go down well and it looks as though I'll have to make it myself. Ah well.
I omitted to add a max temp of 28, what joy. Unfortunately the current non-torrential rain may take some of the fun out of it.

Of course, with everyone and his duck back to work it's nicely crowded again. The BRT bus is a delight what with cute looking students the first few stops.  |

BTW rubes I apologise for hijacking your thread, I think it was your mention of social media and my sudden need to ramble on a bit.
Well the torrential rain finally started about 30 seconds after I left for my evening walk and inspection of the town. That was nearly half an hour ago and I am still enjoying the shelter of the adjacent wat.

I bet those young ladies would be weak at the knees if they saw you striding purposefully by in full battledress toting an AK or whichever it was. Plus of course a few hundred "rounds" as I understand you military types call them.
They'd be gagging for it rube.

Problem is not getting on your knees but getting up again. Effing hour I was stood there till it eased off enough to move. A change of plan and direction took me to BigC, good move, still some cheese left and at hefty discounts. Didn't see any pineapple or bananas though. Tomorrow I might go to that caff again, but salacious comments about female staff would lower the cerebral tone here. I am sure everyone has similar thoughts but have the decency to suppress them. Too late for the hot chocolate (Ovaltine finished) I'd be up peeing all night. |
