The plot thickens. Netherlands lost from Austria, 3 - 2, but still goes to the next round.

People with more spare time have checked the schedule and rules and suggested the Orange Team will play against England (66% chance) or Belgium (33% chance). The remaining 1% you ask? Rounding error, although some jolly jokers suggested it was reserved for a nice team which already departed. ::)
