Arguably one of the best Xmas lunch events in Thailand. Many people, myself included usually don't make it to work after "lunch" and the afternoon/evening/night moves on among friends.... Unfortunately they've moved it to mid-week Wednesday as the next day if often a rough one. Should we book a table for BigMango members anonymously or otherwise?
Anyone up for it?

Nah. It's not stuck up at all. There's usually a few hundred people from all walks of life and it's what you make of it with your mates at the table. Been a few times and always good.

It was in 1975. Quite nice when the tide was going out.To be honest I did not live there all the time but I spent a lot of time staying at my ex wife's family place. She is still there so I guess they have ownership rights through staying. Maybe I should have tried to get some money when I divorced recently as I am sure it is worth a fortune,

Just checked my calendar and the good news is... next day, Thu 10 December is a national holiday for Constitution Day.
So having established that if you're not on the same table as Jacob Marley and his pikeys, not living next door to Me (assuming you make it home), the food isn't the main attraction, although it is Xmas fare, and that there's a copious free flow of drinks to "get your money's worth"...
