While I was living in Hong Kong the South China Morning Post ran an article where they had asked local celebrities and prominent businessmen if they had ever inhaled.
A few came replied that they may have inadvertently inhaled second hand marijuana smoke at parties, some of the older ones talked about the 60s when it was the norm and a few admitted to smoking during their university years but none of them admitted to being current tokers.

The best answer that they had was from some Western businessman (can’t remember who it was) who answered the following:
What, inhaled marijuana, isn’t that illegal, have people publicly said yes to this question, that would be silly wouldn’t it?
No of course I have never inhaled marijuana.

Very clever way of saying “yes I have smoked but I’m not telling you”.

So, my answer Mr. H is "no, of course I'm not stoned".
