Then you get the old chestnut about why Americans have the constitutional right to be armed and defend yourself. People kill people not guns blah blah. It is the constitution. It also has those old chestnuts about the freedom of religion, speech, and the press along with the rights of assembly and petition. Which chestnut should be obey and which not?

'Obeyed'? Depends what sheep flock you associate with/follow and who is your herder. The Bill of Rights protects freedom of speech, freedom of religion, the right to keep and bear arms, the freedom of assembly and the freedom to petition. It also prohibits unreasonable search and seizure, cruel and unusual punishment and compelled self-incrimination. Among the legal protections it affords, the Bill of Rights prohibits Congress from making any law respecting establishment of religion and prohibits the federal government from depriving any person of life, liberty or property without due process of law. In federal criminal cases it requires indictment by a grand jury for any capital offense, or infamous crime, guarantees a speedy public trial with an impartial jury in the district in which the crime occurred, and prohibits double jeopardy. It's the law of the USA

Anyway, on TV you cannot have the F word, but to shoot someone is no problem. In America that is. Meanwhile down in the Netherlands we even had the parliament involved when female nudity was shown on television. Back in 1967 that is en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hoepla

Ah, the GOP at work I see. Well, before getting senile why not go get one for the gipper ? I'm not a Republican. It is simply a matter of me as an American being literate about American political figures. Obama's dad was a poor black Muslim and so was he. Since running for office his net worth has increased 438%. Try debating facts with facts. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_Presidents_by_net_worthThis is not the other site where you get points for name calling. Calling me senile? Are you proud of the thought that went into that? I see Pres. Obama listed with net worth US 7 million (in 2010 US$), nothing about a 438% increase and certainly not the starting point when he became president. Mind you with openness of the Presidential taxpapers I would assume that even his 'own' party would cry havoc and demand a Commission to look into matters. BTW I'm not calling you senile, I didn't call you anything yet I think. Not worthwhile. You believe what you want to believe. Me? The more I know the better I understand I know nothing. Have a nice day, uncle rubl

According to financial disclosure reports, President Obama has an estimated net worth of $7 million dollars. Since he was worth $1.3 million in 2007, that makes the millionaire 438% more wealthy than when he first ran for office.

Now I understand English is a difficult language, but when I write 'before getting senile' it suggest I don't think you're there yet. Of course your' senile old lady' might be construed as insulting Mrs. Clinton. As for the 438% increase of President Obama's wealth, may I advise you to write to your representative in Congress and request him to dig up dirt? Surely if even you in Thailand 'know' this then it should be easy to find out the 'why this increase'. Who knows maybe the IRS forgot to put the Obama family tax statement under the scrutiny they put anyone under ?

Who knows maybe the IRS forgot to put the Obama family tax statement under the scrutiny they put anyone under ? I know Hillary. She does not like me and I don't like her. So, she would not be surprised at me saying anything insulting to her. It would not be the first time. I don't have a congressman. I've lived in Thailand for the past decade and more and don't plan on leaving. One of the reasons I'm here is people like Hillary and Obama there. Bill's a hard guy to dislike. I used to drink and go hunting with him. He's really a good old boy with an Oxford education. He's a draft dodger and I'm a Vietnam Vet even though we still got along. We both did agree on one thing. We both called her Hilly the Hun. I know you are big on pedantic arguments (use senile but imply not now but shortly and the Gipper (1940's movie).) I know you fellows have no idea but under Clinton and before Arkansas was wide open. Gambling and prostitution and drug running flourished and were encouraged. Lookup Mena Arkansas. And Gambling and horse racing Hot Springs AR. Bill was born and raised in a den of iniquity. www.encyclopediaofarkansas.net/encyclopedia/entry-detail.aspx?entryID=5338But I am really old. I went into combat with the Flying Tigers in the war.

But I am really old. I went into combat with the Flying Tigers in the war. Flying Tigers started 1941 in China under Chennault ? Or did the tradition continue after WWII ?

See how much you can learn by reading my posts. Ten former AVG (Flying Tigers) pilots formed the Flying Tiger Line (originally called National Skyway Freight) after returning to the United States in 1945, using a small fleet of Budd Company C-93 Conestoga freighters purchased as war surplus from the navy.

Since "flying tigers" went into combat only in WWII, you say you're one of those Flying tigers ? You are just learning all kinds of stuff. Flying Tiger airlines flew GI's into combat during the Vietnam war. They flew into combat zones and flew out of combat zones every time they landed. So it is accurate to say that Flying Tiger airlines flew into combat thousands of times during the Korean and Vietnam war. Notable among the Tigers' achievements were their participation in both the Korean and Vietnam airlifts. During the Korean War, Tigers planes provided air transport services for personnel and cargo from the west coast of the US to various military bases throughout the Pacific area. Maybe you don't think flying cargo/personal into war zones is not combat but let me assure you (as someone with actual boots on the ground experience) it is combat.

Well, when you call all of Vietnam, including Saigon a warzone. Of course flying to and from Vietnam over the Pacific still had certain risks in the 60sh www.stripes.com/news/listing-on-vietnam-wall-sought-for-troops-killed-in-1962-plane-crash-1.231996Anyway, an interesting website www.flyingtigerline.org/founders.htmWiki doesn't seem to have anything on Vietnam in the Flying Tiger Line page en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flying_Tiger_Line

Ha ha. I flew into Cam Ranh Bay not Saigon with Flying Tiger. The only part of Vietnam that was not a warzone was most of North Vietnam that was off limits to US bombing. Besides trying to pedantically pick apart everything I say what is your point anyway? You a guy from Europe, buds with Gert Wilders want to tell Americans how to prioritize their lives? One, you don't have the knowledge to form intelligence ideas about the issue and two, who do you think cares?
