I updated my PC to Windows 10 a couple of months or so back. That automtically installs Microsoft Edge instead of Explorer as the browser. Unfortunately the Immigration website doesn't seem to like it . It's very slow and only lets me input one character at a time with a good few seconds wait between each key stroke, so really isn't manageable. Worth bearing in mind After that I used an older PC with an older version of Explorer, and it seems OK. Then realised I'd made a typo on my email address so have done it all over again. The system now logs two pending notifications for me, first with the a typo on the email address, second with the correct email. Wonder what they'll do

Toss a coin? Far too logical for there.
FWIW They've now approved the first one with the email adress typo "@yahho.com" . Next appointment 17 Jan 2017
The second with the correct "@yahoo.com" one shows "pending". In the past they've always approved next day. This one took an extra 2 days

Is Immigration open today? Friday the 30th? Thought I had read somewhere all offices were going to close from today until the 4th of January but as with everything else here - who knows? Gotta do my 90 day Report.

Gotta do my 90 day Report. Only just seen this so you probably know the answer now My guess would have been that it was open. But busy. Hadn't seen 30 Dec advertised as a holiday anywhere.

For some reason I haven't been able to connect to the 90 days online reporting site in the last few days.
Anyone else had any problems or know anything?
Keep getting the following error message. I've tried different PCs and browsers

The online version is still not working, so I did in person today.
When I asked they said yes the website isn't working and they don't know when it will be available again.
Next due is 18 April, so I'll try and remember to try and registered mail next time. Has to been done 15 days in advance.

Of the 90 days, it is ridiculous. You have lived here for twenty plus years. Have a family here. Have a one year visa extension. Are you on probation? No, it provides work, for paper pushers. Want to check me, easy. No need for a bit of paper. I have an address, same for fourteen years. So, I might be required to give change of address, acceptable. Do I move every 90 days? Come on, logic please.

Traffic was also bad going as we went after dropping the kids at school. Like Buhi says, it's a complete waste of time and a meaningless exercise.

That's a secret even the police can not work out.Has good lawyer though.

After 20 years you will remrmber there was a time even when i first washed up on Thailands 15 years ago that immigration never gave a crap whether you did the report or not, i would hazard a guess and suggest this has only been pushed in the last 10 years

The object that resurrected the 90 day report was the Chang Mai fiddler who now resides in Dubai as far as I am aware.
No doubt no 90 day reports there though.
Mind you if it came back it might find (with luck) a 90 year report, it being only allowed out after 90 years to report.
