It's about time that this thread got bumped again, it's not ready to die yet. Another Luke Kelly song (with The Dubliners). One of his finest efforts, his breath control leaves me wondering if he breathes through his ears while he's singing.

^^^ Dylan uses it, the subtle intake of breath through the nose, while rapidly singing (singing?), how Dylan remembers all the words is quite another feat.
To add to the skill, as an ex actor,remembering lines is not easy, but on stage you can fool all by pausing and waiting for a prompt, the stage manager is there with the script a look in her /his direction and the cue is given. Try that when singing "It's all right ma", impossible.

One of the top drinking songs ever and it makes it into my top 10 table dancing songs. To hit so high on the TTFT drinking hit parade means that this is a real gem.
The only reason why I'm sharing with the lower classes (none Jamesons drinkers) is for educational purposes. Also educating is the correct spelling of the title.
