Just a reminder that the Thai tax return (PND91 or PND90 for most individuals), is due by 31 March, for those people filing tax returns.
Broadly if you're resident here for over 180 days in the year, you're considered resident for tax purposes.
Broadly for individuals, you need to file a tax return if:
A) resident +
total income from Thailand > THB 30,000; or
married and combined income > 60,000
B) non-residents are people here < 180 days.
They still should file a return if they meet the criteria in A)
Don't forget this year in addition to your usual allowances, you may be able to claim up to THB 15,000 additional allowance for purchases of goods and services between 25 Dec - 31 Dec, in the last minute give-away from the government last year. If you're one of the select few paying tax in Thailand this could be worth up to 5,250 extra beer money for a 35% tax payer
