OK just back from my extension application. The only change was they wanted a copy of my bank book. The bad news is as my passport runs out in November, I have to do it all again when I get my new passport.
There was a tourist extending his visa, and he was asked for his travel history this vacation, and his plans. How he financed his holiday, the name of his bank. His FB name, and email address. A 2nd guy was renting on Kho Phayam, for the 1st time, they wanted proof of his address. He wasn't happy, looks like he'll be on overstay. Always an idea to check what they want 1st. Saves any shocks

Can't remember what was required though and I did it via an agent as my employer provided the service. Wasn't a big deal if I remember tho. Thanks folks. Gonna try for a 1st appointment the end of July, after my next 90 day, then do a turn and burn. Up on the bus, apply for passport, shower at the youngest step daughter's, then back home. When the passport arrives. Stay a few days, visit chatachuk (spelling), and get some Tanganyikan cichlids, if they have what I want.
