At what point with the brakes be put on the Stock Exchange given the possible drop when the markets open in 2 hours ? is it a 10% drop which would drive suspending trade ?

I ask myself where was Plan B, what contingency plans were in place, was this even discussed?
Close it for a day and stop the shysters making millions, parasites the lot of them.

What is also highly probable is that if trading starts, the volume of trades will crash the stock exchange's very ropy computer systems, producing a suspension by default.
