Okay guys and gals,
Where in Bangkok. or Pattaya, or even Korat is there a place where I can get a custom fitted suit made, but not overly expensive, I've landed myself a new job, and it requires me to wear a suit on a daily basis, I'll be in Europe for this job, so it has to be suitable for the climate there.
Tried looking for a forum for this to be posted, so mods please move accordingly to the correct forum.
Thanks
Fat Haggis.

You're not likely to find a good quality suit here. If you're going to be working in the UK, I'd suggest you go to Marks & Spencer once there. Ready to wear jackets and trousers available separately so easy to get a decent fit. Reasonable quality. Not pricey.

Thanks mate, had a feeling this might be the case, problem is I need it from here, as I'm heading straight to the job without going via anywhere else.
I'll maybe look at cheap off the pegs, and shop around when I get to the job location.

No, that's where I park my broomstick.
Aren't there any good Indian tailors in BKK? Was a great one in Ekamai and another one around the Emporium.

In all honesty ,under the threat of castration, my Mrs made be buy a suit for her sisters wedding in BKK I got one made by an indian guy on Beach road, down by Mikes, and to date its done literally 4 weddings and funeral, its lasted well and think i only paid THB 6000 for it, with 2 shirts

Why do we never see them anytime we walk into one of their shops, where are their staff? Of course we all know where they are, nothing more than material salesmen. Personally I would head for a branch of Slaters.
