Before it goes, this is another one of my faves. Attachment DeletedI don't think many members here will have seen rubber sheets drying.

www.polymer-search.com/rubber.htmlThe raw latex is collected in pots, cured with acid and then pressed in to those sheets. Most of the locals dry the sheets by hanging them outside, which means the climate is a large factor in the time needed before they are ready to sell. That shed was built by a friend of mine, the large pipe you can see running along the floor is attached to a furnace, that room gets very hot and the sheets are ready to move on in a little over a day.

Most of these pics aren't loading for me jimmy. I'm in a WiFi blackhole. Hope you were being kind. Can we revive this thread? I want to see more of MJP's backloader.

SJ...actually that's Mr Nuon who is the village leader out on my property in Kampooch. My Bit o'Heaven has a rather large wat on it which was heavily damaged during the Khmer Rouge days and again when the Vietnamese entered Kampooch to drive the KR out. There are also about 50 ramshackle homes/dwellings on the land..but I am not allowed to "tax" the locals in any way, shape or form. it's actually a lovely patch of prime Mekong riverfront land 70 kilometers upriver from Phnom Penh on the eastern side. Fine farmland. Oh...sorry about the digression...yes...it was shot on TX400, Nik F4S & 85mm 2.8. I don't remember the ss or aperture settings though. The TX400 was Kodaks new fine grain TX400...not as esthetic as the old TX400 but still ok in my books. There was very heavy fighting on my land during the war...
