With foreigners or Thais in Thailand?
I'd say on my last trip it was twenty percent foreigners, eighty percent Thais.
That's a big difference from previous trips. I'd say my first trip was the reverse, 80/20 in favour of foreigners. The more time I spend in the country the more I spend with the Thai community. In saying that, I have pals who spend almost all their time with foreigners. I think some of them regard Thais as an interruption to their day.
So how about you?

75% of the time is spent with MIL, SIL and the kids also a few Thai friends.
25% spent with expats who I've known for many years, but that's only four people.

Assuming that 'time spent' doesn't include blabbering here or on other forums, I guess I speak with foreigners at least once a month.
Does this mean I should see a doctor or psychiatrist? Mind you, I once stood in front of Elmina Castle reading the (Dutch) text on a grave stone and wondered how 'isolated' life was in the 17th century.

Let's face it. 95% of our time is spent talking bollox on forums. Which is therapy in itself. The other 5% of time we have to actually interact with people we don't really want to interact with.

When fun folk are in town that's my farang time, when they leave almost 95% Thai. I am in the phone a couple of time a week with mates located all over Thailand and family back home almost daily.
Funny thing my Thai mates ask me the same question and seem jealous I take the farnags to the same drinking hole.

I have no choice whether i spend time with Thais or farangs. Being bedridden, i only see farangs if they visit me.

I went for 50/50, but the quality is 80/20.

Live in a Thai community there are a couple of other westerners here but they do not speak, that's their loss and my gain. No problems to me,I have all I need or want for a pleasant peasant lifestyle both here in Samut Prakarn and Surin.

I've ticked 'majority with Thais', tb. Although we live in a seaside town packed with tourists at weekends, very very few of them are foreigners. As far as I know there are none living within a few blocks of us although there is a younger female farang who walks past each evening (think she might be a teacher or from the uni). I probably only see five or six other foreigners in an average week - usually in the shopping centre or walking along the beach. We do however try to stay one night per week in either Pattaya (the wife has to have her roast beef at the Pig and Whistle), or Bangkok to get our foreigner 'fix'.

Ticked 50/50. Live in Rangsit so have plenty of fellow expats to hang with as well as my Thai friends. Most of the expat friends I know from work. I don't know if anyone here as experienced the same, but some expats here are kinda grumpy or up themselves. No need for it really, but it takes all sorts, I suppose. Some expats in Thailand area are downright depressing company and as mad as a box of frogs. Been stalked by some pasta cooking retard, some miserable bastard who works in the UAE and some boozed up dad with anger issues. Thailand has taught me to enjoy my own company and I regard this as a valuable life lesson in itself. There was some post on AF that the majority of expats here are isolated and depressed. Could not disagree more, I like my isolation from the madness of lower suk for example. Isolated I may be but lonely I am not. It's all about adaptation IMO.

As with Monty. I used to go into the city on a Friday evening, but some dodgy types in the crowd, who I'd rather not be seen with. There is a Swiss guy a few villages away, and he seems a decent type, but we don't pester each other too much.
