I wonder if they will blame myself and <Bunny boiler>? It would be nice to keep the Big Mango and Guymandude free zone.

He and a few of his fans did a lot of damage to ajarn and they and their actions may well have contributed to ajarns demise

I presume that the only reason I can fathom, apart Visa or hosting issues would be that the site was either unsaleable and/or losing money.
On a brighter note, any have a good Spag Bol / Pesto recipe?

Interesting to note that the sibling site www.ajarn.com/recruitment/browse_jobs is still active. That site was the commercial side to the operation therefore I am presuming that possibly more time was needed to concentrate on the commercial aspect of ajarn. It may be or have been possibly the amount of bickering and bitching posts of late from a small coterie of posters that may have been the reason for closing the site either permanently or possibly short term. |

Pretty easy going in here , but if it becomes too bitchy it is dealt with so don't worry we like free speech. Posts that may be interpreted as L M or blatant porn, spam etc are normally pounced upon quickly and removed. In short board policy is easy going and it seems to have worked well so far, just remember it is the posters who set the tone of the board, admin will only act if it is deemed necessary. We're not here for the money just the craic.  |
