My baby is a youth now, taller than his mother and nearly as tall as me.
Who is physically the stronger?
Easy answer, he could flatten me.

Care not of that and he knows that.
I have never been violent with him, or anyone.

A boring ramble i know. Talked to wife, when i am dead. Hopefully before she is and our children. Provisions are in place, but that depends on the exchange rate.

Get with it hip, it's all the rage these days.
To be honest I was never a big fan of anything like poetry, until in 1989 I was working on Cape York Peninsula operating a bulldozer, and I bought a book about a famous man from the cape back in the 1800's, fella called Frank Jardine.
Inside the front cover of this book was the first verse to this poem, which got me interested in poetry -
The Sum of Things
By Arthur W. Jose
THIS is the sum of things…that we
A moment live, a little see,
Do somewhat, and are gone; for so
The eternal currents ebb and flow.
This is the sum of work—that man
Does, while he may, the best he can,
Nor greatly cares, when all is done,
