Just moving into a new place and there is no space for a proper cooker as I would like.....only really a small section for a microwave (yuk).
So I'm wondering what to do....don't cook much but would be good to be able to grill something now and then or maybe roast up a chicken for example.
Any ideas as this must be quite small due to space issues....only other option would involve considerable work which, being me, I can't be arsed with.

Yeah I'm wary of those things....really not interested in nuking stuff.....grill and oven far more useful to me.

You need an induction cooker...about 800 baht....and a suitible frypan. If I can recomend one the one sold by a moderator on TV raro it is a beautiful heavy cast iron one which my wife is unable to lift luckily as if she hit me with it I would be done for. More sensibly a standard non stick suitible for induction. If you like stews or pot roasts or soups a pressure cooker works well on it. Makro sell one for a few thousand. A 2 kg lump of thai beef cooked in it for 40 minutes comes out pink in the middle and as tender as you would like. Roast beef sandwiches.

A Dissertation upon Roast Pig by Charles Lamb www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/43566is one method......not sure I recomend using it but it is a great read. The licence on that page is longer than the story. Make sure you read it thoughroughly.

Looks like maybe a small induction cooker and one of these microwaves/ portable oven thingies, grill is not really a huge deal...apart from bacon butties maybe ....just need to find one that fits the available space. A Le Creuset cast iron pan I will bring from the UK....certainly not buying it from raro lmao.
