Humans being what we are, do not care too much about someone who is suffering from someone they have never suffered from, mainly because they cannot relate to it.
No matter how hard you try it is impossible to imagine what someone else's pain feels like if you have never "been there".
I now look at people in wheelchairs totally different to the way I looked at them say two years ago (it will be two years ago on the 31st March since I had my spinal fusion) and after spending a year in a wheelchair I have a fair idea what it is like. Nothing like anything I ever imagined before, it's a lot worse than that.

I had never really felt depression in my life, had been relatively healthy up until 2014, no major operations, diseases or broken bones.
Even being told I had cancer, being told I was paraplegic, and not even being able to wiggle my toes was not too bad, probably because I was so out of it on morphine. But days later when the drugs had worn off and it sank in, I was in a dark place, was not there long because I vowed I would get through it, but it was very dark all the same.

So buhi I care, because it is a feeling I would not even wish on my worst enemy, it is hard to describe if you have never been there. Hope you don't stay there too long if you do go there.

Thus back to a previous statement, am i buhi or bowie or something else? None. i am that guy, yes male, who you might meet and who has nothing but kindness to you.

When I saw Lou Reed in Brisbane in the seventies it was my first ever concert experience and I was young and naive at the time.

Quite often during the concert he was wrapping the mic lead around his arm and pulling on it, I had no idea what he was doing. Friend told me later it was to do with the lyrics and the habit he had at the time.

Never tried the stuff the rock stars were into, but that morphine is something else. After my short experience with it I could understand why people used it.
