Not a poll,but would just like to get members feedback,what do you like,more slanted towards camping i guess.
Desert,jungle.open woodland,mountains,near a river,near the ocean,ect.

I like woodland, mountains and rivers. Massive fan of hiking, camping and the great outdoors in general. One of the many things that is making me think that relocating to a nice central or Eastern European country might be a good idea. Trains and open country are what I want back in my life. Jeez, I was born middle aged 555.

Mountains, streams, and wooded....use to live in the Sierra Nevadas with my property fronted by 246,000 BLM acres...great for 4 wheeling, taking the horses or snowmobiles out (except during hunting season).
Great to sit on the porch listening to the snow fall....Or BBQ with the snow falling around the 3 open sides of the porch.
Had a large accessable lake (Almanor) had an Airstream and left it hooked up there against the lake for weekends on the lake.
Outside of Minn had the largest population of lakes in the US. Pretty close to heaven.

Two things: 1- Boss wanted me to submit phoney claims - refused and got canned... a more important man in the area than me but hated about 50/50 - Beat him in court for settlement but no other positions of that type there and I was earning about 3x what average income. I was popular but the well was dry. I took on the town bully and won but in the end it cost me. 2- The area for me was destroyed as at that time they built CA's largest prison there. A lot of low lifes moved into the area as some prisoners families follow their inmate - many on benefits/welfare. The hard working pioneer spirit that I loved about the place evaporated. I still stopped by and visited folks any time I had a tourney close to the area. Now there's 5 huge prisons around there. But - many happy years there Actually a 3rd thing - my folks were getting on and needed me closer - only child - it fell on me & I did them proud. |

Yes - I favor an individuals rights and have an independent adventurous spirit....
I favor balanced common sense thinking - both sides could use some but select my choices by studying facts not hype, media, or the herd.....

I used to love the Australian outback very much,but also the east coast with it's forests and rivers,and there is nothing like lying naked on a deserted beach,with a beautiful woman,next to you,or in fact any woman,and Rob8891,i don't want to upset you here,but i would rule out Anne Widdecombe.
