He grabbed the soldier, put a gun to her head, and pulled her backwards a few steps. "Put your gun down, I'm here to die by Allah. People are going to die today." That's from the BBC just now. Some of the posters on the BM think the BBC is rubbish so you may have to quote from a more right wing reliable source to keep them happy. Personally, I have always liked the BBC and often read their articles and watch their docos.

What I don't understand is how someone who is on a terror watch list is allowed to be out on the streets. In the movies he would be in a basement somewhere eating water through a piece of hessian.

Oh Thai Rath ch 32 and Amarin TV ch 34 aint bad either.

Too be honest I dont understand why they are allowed in the country. Rule of Law can be tough at times. Being on a terror watch list doesn't mean one has committed a crime, even if some think it's close to 'not yet'. Now it depends on what 'being on a terror watchlist' really means. Permanent observation to spy out possible associates, fellow like-minded hoods? If none such better not to allow access.

I read he was on a "crime" watch list , not a terror watch list. This was because he was an armed robber and serial offender, which begs the same question wtf was he doing on the streets? Modern France can't just imprison all known terrorists, I mean they have the support of up to 10% of the population. Nobody likes to hear "i told you so" but ......

Watching the footage of the incident, I can't believe how nonchalant some people are just feet away.

According to that article -
.................."Activists even accused the BBC of underplaying coverage of Andy Murray’s achievements, failing to display Scotland to size on weather maps and failing to sufficiently report on independence movements elsewhere in the world".......................
Right Wing Bastardos !
.................."The BBC tells more “half truths and lies” than the Nazis according to SNP activists who vented their anger against the broadcaster’s apparent bias during last year’s Scottish independence referendum"................
Does that mean they tell half as much bs as Breitbart ?
No offence to the SNP, but I don't care what they call the BBC, if I want to know if a news source is left or right leaning I prefer to go by a more reliable judge, like mediabiasfactcheck.com who class the BBC as-
