Number 2 is tough, but the clue is in the monks robe. Thai monks wear orange usually, Burmese monks wear red so I'll say he's a Shan temple monk from around Chiang Rai.

I'll give you that, well done - it's Wat Tam Maa at the foot of Doi Mae Salong
The monk goes out on horse back ( more like pony in this case ) every day to collect alms. He arrives back at around 8.00 - 8.30 a.m. to be met by devotees at the Temple - well worth a visit when you are in the area - especially if you have kids.

Yeah the horse I'm not sure if it's a pony or the breed is just smaller. So the monk heads out and collects for everybody? He's a good chap then isn't he.
