Some of you see a heinous crime and all I see is a tragic series of events leading to a man's death.
Seen it all to often in the UK too. Youth intoxication and fast cars....sad for all concerned.

Seems as those in power are looking into the inactions of the top rozzer and his influence upon the issue as to why the miscreant driver has not been up before the local beaks.
As well as to why and how the miscreant driver appears to have popped in and out of Thailand more times than a fellow on the short strokes.

No they haven't according to Interpol, but a Thai activist is suing the Thai police. Now only one charge pending against the killer.
