Seems like The BIB have now apprehended. Looks like he might be somewhat psychotic.

Looks like he might be somewhat psychotic. Maybe, but psychosis probably isn't necessary. Readily available drugs could do the same thing, right? You take some of that $hit and you'll be climbing naked on cars, too, Mr. Toad. :- ) |

I have noticed a fair few "odd" people around our soi. There are a couple of ladies riding bicycles and motorbikes who are a bit crazy, I often see them when I am out walking.
We have a couple of heavy lao cao drinkers, these boys kick off early and you rarely see them in the afternoon.
Guy who lives on the corner is back "inside" on drug charges, again.
But I have never seen anyone like that poor bugger in the video.

One who'll tell you that it's in the male psyche to like (to look at) boobs especially when still somewhat covered. Furthermore it's socially much more acceptable to do such watching openly in public and indeed more fun than doing the watching all alone even if having help from Mary and her five sisters. |
