Freedom of Speech is important but to promote companies to tell the public how to look away and avoid seeing 'legal but harmful' content sounds a bit like appeasement to me. I know it's a tricky subject, as always only a 'yes/no' is easier than identifying and qualifying shades of grey.

If users were likely to encounter controversial content such as the glorification of eating disorders, racism, anti-Semitism or misogyny not meeting the criminal threshold, the platform would have to offer tools to help avoid it, it said (i.e. the Government).
