A 4* hotel was a major employer in Furnace, Llanelli. The owners decided to turn into an asylum seekers hotel, laying off a number of staff. It was a popular venue for weddings and other celebrations in the community. The owners however lost track of the road to the entrance is a private road. Access has been blocked.
